The staff, the location, and the hotel itself in buildings and rooms are spacious and really nice. The place is really cozy and has nice views if you're on the high floors, like from the 5th to the 7th floor, You are 15 minutes away walking from the old town phuket and a 15-minute drive from the water park and elephant sanctuary. It is really nice as a location and comfy and cozy place and the staff is really helpful. The cleaning staff needs to be more attentive.

I loved the location, rooms were well equipped and perfectly comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was lovely, rooms were serviced daily with generous amounts of bottled water complementary.

I always chase bathtub after life on the island with showers only so this was a good choice. Beautiful view from the sixth floor, good ramen not far from the hotel and walking to the center for 10-15 minutes are the key values of my stay here.

The staff were super friendly and very attentive!! Good location, easy to walk into the town. We were there for the vegan festival so we weren’t in the hotel much so can’t comment on pool etc Comfortable bed, gorgeous sink in bathroom— great value for money

The hotel felt more expensive than it was. The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. Having a well-equipped gym was a great bonus.

Loved everything about this gem in Phuket town. The decor was stunning, the room was spacious with a balcony, lovely swimming pool and gym. The staff was very friendly too.

Spacious with big balcony at a central location. Only issue was, they do not have a Bell Boy to carry your luggage

Beautiful room and modern room. The hotel location was in a walking distance from the old downtown.
